Comfort Hotel Clermont Saint Jacques

- Staff is very courteous and very professional - The room is clean, well arranged, with clean design and has all we needed, not more. You don’t have to worry taking drinks from the mini-bar in the room. It’s included. - The restaurant in the hotel is worth it (good food at a reasonable price) - The location is great, right next to a tram station. - I did appreciate that they mention the possibility to find free parking around the hotel and not just push clients to use the hotel’s private parking. I eventually did not need to pay for parking

The room was smaller than expected but was nice and neat. The En suite was compact yet modern. Bed was nice and comfortable. The location was very convenient with a tram stop in front of the hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The whole stay was very good, staff excellent, sadly due to terrible bad weather, the wind was blowing at 100kmph, an electric cable on the outside of the building had broken loose and it was slapping against the bedroom window, so we could not accept that room which was a superior twin. The young lady receptionist changed our room for us but she did not have a superior room for us so we accepted a smaller standard room which was adequate and she gave us both a free breakfast next morning. She was very helpful to us as were all the staff.

Lovely and helpful members of staff, secure parking, EV charging, right opposite Tram stop, big enough room, very comfortable beds, good soundproofing, very small gym (but at least there is one!)
